Zikr Vibe is operated by Soul Vibe Technology Limited, Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through zikrvibe.com, how we use it, who helps us process it, and how you can contact us about your rights.

Our principle

We present data. We do not judge it. We do not sell your personal information.

For Zikr Vibe products, your private spiritual practice is yours. Product use should support remembrance, not turn it into a public score.

Information we collect

When you use our store, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as name, email address, shipping address, and billing address
  • Order information, such as products purchased, order value, shipping method, fulfillment status, and customer support history
  • Payment processing information handled by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers
  • Device and browser information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate region
  • Marketing preferences, if you choose to subscribe to email or SMS updates
  • Customer support messages you send to us

Information from Zikr Vibe apps or connected products

This Shopify store is separate from the Zikr Vibe app experience. We do not use Shopify order data to score your worship, rank your dhikr, or build public leaderboards.

If a product connects to an app, the app's own privacy policy explains app-specific data use. For Zikr Vibe, dhikr count data is designed to remain private and under user control.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Process and fulfill orders
  • Take payment and prevent fraud
  • Ship products and provide delivery updates
  • Answer support questions
  • Handle returns, refunds, and warranty requests
  • Improve store reliability and customer experience
  • Send marketing messages only where allowed and where you have opted in or where law permits
  • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the store. These may include:

  • Shopify for ecommerce hosting, checkout, order management, and store operations
  • Shopify Payments and Stripe, where applicable, for payment processing
