Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, estimated delivery timing, and what to expect after placing an order on zikrvibe.com.

Fulfillment location

Most orders ship from Shenzhen, China.

Shipping countries

We currently support shipping to the following markets:

AE, AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IL, IT, JP, KR, MY, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, SE, SG.

These market settings may change as carriers, customs rules, payment availability, and Shopify Markets settings change.

Shipping method and timing

International Standard shipping is the default international method where available.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination, carrier routing, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Order processing time may be separate from shipping time. During product launches, holidays, supply delays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Current international configuration includes International Standard shipping at USD 25 where available, with free shipping over USD 250 where configured for the market.

Checkout is the source of truth for the final shipping rate, currency display, taxes, and delivery options available to your address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or local handling charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customs delays are outside our direct control.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact support@zikrvibe.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address before fulfillment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact support@zikrvibe.com with your order number. We will help check the carrier status and next available step.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact support@zikrvibe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel, product, label, and damage.

Not a medical device

Zikr Vibe and Soul Vibe products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Shipping a product to your market does not mean it is approved as a medical product in that market.
