Refund Policy

We want you to receive the product you ordered, in working condition, and with clear expectations. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through zikrvibe.com.
14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
To start a return, email support@zikrvibe.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging, if relevant
Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return instructions.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zikrvibe.com. Please include photos or a short video showing the issue.
When the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement unit
- A full refund
- Another remedy required by applicable consumer protection law
If the issue was caused by our error, we will cover the approved return shipping or provide another practical solution.
Return shipping
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, we will cover the approved return shipping or provide a replacement without requiring a return where appropriate.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, chargers, accessories, manuals, or tags
- Digital products or downloaded content after access has been provided
- Opened hygiene-sensitive accessories, where applicable
- Gift cards
Not a medical device
Zikr Vibe and Soul Vibe products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition. Refunds are not available on the basis that a product did not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or health scoring. These products present product-specific sensor or counting information only; interpretation stays with you.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you with the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
